Applications must be submitted online, and selected projects must not commence until funding decisions are announced, expected in June 2026. All funded projects must be completed by March 2027, with a final grant impact report due by then unless other arrangements have been approved. Additionally, organizations that have received funding in the two prior years must have submitted their previous impact reports to remain eligible. The grantmaking process is overseen by the HCF Grant Review Committee, which reserves the right to request additional information from applicants.
