Concept papers should describe a nimble and adaptive approach for supporting key actors in local and regional information ecosystems to be more effective in advancing information integrity and resilience in their local and regional systems. TARGET COUNTRIES: All three objectives of this activity (as outlined under technical focus below) must be addressed in all of the following countries, which fall under the management authority of USAID/Senegal/SRO: Burkina Faso Chad Mauritania Objective 2 under this APS (which relates to strengthening regional networks) may also create opportunities for partner organizations in Cabo Verde, The Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, and Senegal based on prior approval from USAID.
